So we didn't attach a document. We built the whole pitch into a website you can open, share and scroll on your phone. Episode One, rolling right below.

A stylish, social and slightly unconventional resto-bar where every table has a cast, every night has a mood and every visit can turn into a story worth replaying.
Every good story starts at Episode One.
MarketinCrew is a hospitality-first marketing agency and content studio founded by Manan Mehta and Sahil Sheth. Before starting MarketinCrew, both founders were on the other side of the table, running restaurants themselves. That experience shaped the way we approach hospitality marketing today.
For us, hospitality marketing is not just about creating good-looking content. It is about understanding the feeling of a place, the guest journey and the people behind the brand, then telling that story in a way that feels honest, aspirational and commercially relevant. Strategy, branding, photography, videography, content, social, websites, reels and performance, all under one roof.

Episode One already has a distinctive personality. It feels stylish, social and slightly unconventional, with gymkhana-inspired interiors, a strong bar experience and a setting built for everything from relaxed meals to late-night plans. Its mix of food, cocktails, live music and DJ-led evenings gives the brand enough character to stand apart from a regular restaurant or bar. For social media, we do not need to change what Episode One is. We need to give it a sharper, more recognisable content personality.
The page should not simply document what is happening at the restaurant. It should make people imagine themselves becoming part of the next episode.
The current Episode One page already gives people a clear idea of the space, food, drinks and events. The brand presence is visible, but the content can be pushed further to feel more current, stylish and social-first. At the moment, the page relies more on regular restaurant visuals and event communication. The opportunity is to elevate it into a full night-out story.
Powai has a strong mix of young professionals, corporate teams, residents, students and groups looking for convenient after-office and weekend plans. Premium residential developments and a growing commercial ecosystem attract an audience comfortable spending on good food, cocktails and well-planned experiences. Powai already has a strong nightlife audience, but much of the scene leans towards Bollywood nights and familiar party formats. Bollywood can stay on the calendar, but Episode One can give the crowd something beyond the usual DJ night.
Bollywood mixed with commercial, retro, indie, disco, hip-hop and throwback.
Quizzes, drinking games, bingo, karaoke and team-based challenges.
Weekday formats built for corporate and after-office crowds.
Acoustic evenings, artist-led nights and live sets.
Social formats that get people talking, playing and coming back.
The music it already loves, packaged with nights it has not seen enough of.
Give Powai the music it already enjoys, but package it with nights and experiences it has not seen enough of.
Every night has a story. Start yours at Episode One.
Episode One should not be positioned online as just another restaurant and bar. The page should feel like a living social space where food, cocktails, music, events and people come together every week. It should make people see Episode One as the place for after-office plans, spontaneous dinners, date nights, group scenes, live music, game nights and weekends that turn into stories.
Do not only show the venue. Build a world people want to become part of.
The visual direction should make Episode One feel stylish, social and full of movement. Not a regular restaurant feed with only food photographs and event posters. Every piece of content should capture the complete mood of the venue through food, cocktails, people, music, conversations and nightlife energy.
Real crowd energy, table scenes, cocktails, celebrations and candid interactions.
Strong hooks, smooth transitions, sound design and detailed post-production.
Food, cocktails, hands, tables and reactions, shot for social.
Timestamps, episode numbers and scene titles woven through the content.
Real people moments instead of overly polished, staged visuals.
A balance of campaign content and raw phone-shot nights.
Announcements, teasers, countdowns, live coverage and recap videos.
Ownable series titles the audience learns to recognise and expect.
The Episode One content system makes sure every post has a clear job, so the page never feels dependent only on event posters or random restaurant content. Sixteen buckets balance food, cocktails, people, events, community, team, platform, offers and local Powai relevance.
Episode One already has the experience. The next step is to showcase it consistently, manage its reputation and make it easier to discover everywhere.
These IPs give Episode One a repeatable content language. The idea is to make the page feel like an ongoing show where every night, event, menu item and crowd moment becomes part of a bigger story.
A show people follow all year.
A stronger nightlife identity.
The menu, told by its people.
A playful team rivalry.
Every night, documented.
A content world for a social, nightlife-led resto-bar, not just another restaurant page.
"Every season brings a new story. Every week brings a new episode."
Treat Episode One's social media like a series people can keep following through the year. Every major period, mood or occasion becomes a season, while each week, event or experience becomes a new episode.
Episode One is not just a venue people visit once. It is a series they can keep coming back to.
"A different sound. A different crowd. A new episode every night."
Episode One can create a stronger nightlife identity by introducing music-led properties that go beyond the usual Bollywood DJ night, each with its own IP identity, crowd and content world.
Episode One can become the Powai venue where new sounds, artists and social experiences find their crowd.
"Every item on the menu has a story. Meet the people behind it."
Turn the Episode One menu into an ongoing content series where chefs and bartenders become the main characters. Each reel becomes a new episode from the menu.
Do not just show the menu. Let the people behind it tell the story, one episode at a time.
"The kitchen creates the craving. The bar creates the mood. Who wins the episode?"
Create a playful rivalry between the bar team and the kitchen team. The series showcases food, cocktails, team personalities and customer voting moments, turning menu content into entertainment.
Episode One is not just about food or drinks. It is about the people who create the experience.
"Every night leaves a story behind."
A recurring brand series that documents everything happening inside Episode One. Every visit, event, menu launch, customer moment and behind-the-scenes experience becomes part of the Episode One Diaries.
Episode One is not just a place you visit. It is a collection of moments worth remembering.
Meta campaigns keep Episode One visible among the right audience, promote key experiences and convert online interest into actual visits, building a stronger presence and turning digital attention into real footfall.
Episode One should not only look active on Instagram. The brand should feel updated and credible wherever people discover it, so it looks alive wherever a guest checks before deciding to visit.
Consistent content, stories and event communication across both.
Photos, posts, offers, events and accurate, up-to-date information.
Visual refresh, better menu presentation, active offers and visibility.
Event listings, ticketing visibility and Sort My Scene where relevant.
Responses, guest reactions and complaint escalation where required.
Food and drink photos, menu highlights and live offers.
The shoot direction should feel social-first, energetic and experience-led. The objective is not just to capture the outlet, food and drinks, but to showcase the complete Episode One experience through people, moments and atmosphere.
Nightlife energy through candid flash, crowd moments, table scenes, cocktails and celebrations.
Relatable phone-shot content, POVs, customer moments and native trending formats.
Interiors, ambience, food, drinks, events, music and the different moods of the space.
Dishes and cocktails through a social lens, pours, table spreads and reactions.
Signage, interiors, menus, collaterals, event branding and recurring visual elements.
Real guests, celebrations, groups, office crowds and live-event energy.
Lock the final content bucket hierarchy.
Finalise the visual direction and moodboard.
Map available assets to campaigns and buckets.
Build the monthly content calendar.
Plan monthly DSLR and iPhone shoots.
Create the platform update calendar.
The goal is to make Episode One more than a place people visit. It should become a brand people follow, engage with and look forward to.
